April 4, 2011 - San Leandro Education Foundation (SLED) was awarded two grants totaling $25,000 from the Kaiser Permanente Community Benefit Program. The two grants will fund a cyberbullying prevention effort by the PLUS Program at Bancroft Middle School and John Muir Middle School, as well as an exercise and student leadership development program operated by Playworks at Wilson Elementary School.
